1. Introduction KWC Agency Pty Ltd ("KWC Agency", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of individuals who participate in our market and social research activities. Participation in our research is entirely voluntary. Informed consent is always obtained prior to data collection. This may be provided in writing, via a tick-box in online forms, or verbally, depending on the context of the research.

We use personal information solely for the purpose of conducting research and reporting findings to clients. All reporting is aggregated and de-identified, unless specific consent has been given for identifying information to be used.

7. Cross-Border Disclosure

Where disclosure to an overseas recipient is required, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient does not breach the APPs or is subject to privacy laws or binding schemes with substantially similar protections.
8. Data Storage and Security
We store data most data using a secure Microsoft business account with data centre located in Australia.
For Google, SurveyMonkey, and Inca, these providers may store data within Australia or in jurisdictions with comparable data protection standards.
We implement physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
We employ multi-factor authentication, encryption of data in transit and at rest, and access controls to secure personal information. Our systems are regularly updated, and staff are trained in data security protocols.
Identifiable data is retained for no longer than three (3) months after the final reporting stage of a project, allowing for quality assurance. After this period, it is securely deleted or de-identified unless required for legal, audit, or complaint-handling purposes.
